Customer Engineering Services, LLC, is a provider of technical services for one of the nations leading film and photo processing companies. CES currently has an employment opportunity in the Grand Rapids, MI area for a Quality Service Technician. The QST will provide on-site technical assistance in the preventive maintenance and operation of One Hour Photo Mini-Lab’s through out a geographical territory. Candidates with previous experience performing and maintaining a routine checklist of services on Photo Mini-Labs manufactured by Fuji, Noritsu, Agfa, Kodak or other photo processing equipment manufactures will be given first consideration. We are looking for candidates that have the experience and knowledge to assume responsibility of a geographical territory.
Job Responsibilities
•Work closely with and develop strong business relationships with the customer and photo lab personnel.
•Follow accepted maintenance procedures to resolve existing equipment problems.
•Perform preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
•Analyze and evaluate equipment performance.
•Install required modifications and engineering changes to ensure that the equipment is within specifications and to maximize customer productivity.
•Conduct informal operator training as needed to improve machine performance.
•Complete all required reporting procedures related to the maintenance and repair of the equipment.
