Customer Engineering Services (CES) is a provider of Technical Services. We provide product installation, preventive maintenance and on-site repair for clients with inventory throughout the U.S. We are a fast growing company looking for a Technical Service Representative with field service experience in the northern Phoenix, AZ area.
The Technical Service Representative is responsible for the maintenance and service of various products including commercial & industrial printers and photo finishing equipment in the retail and business environments. Selected candidate should possess a strong background in repair and maintenance and have the ability and experience to assume responsibility for a geographic territory. Responsibilities include overall customer satisfaction, travel, over-night stays, parts management and general administrative work associated with the position.
A flexible work schedule and the ability to respond to emergency call outs in a 24x7 service environment is a requirement of the position. Selected candidate should be willing to work a five day schedule that could include Saturday or Sunday. Candidate must be willing to travel on a daily basis with some overnight stays, as well as be prepared for lengthier stays for training or special circumstances. Field service experience is a requirement of this position.
