Customer Engineering Services (CES) is a provider of Technical Services. We provide product installation, preventive maintenance and on-site repair for clients with inventory throughout the U.S. We are a fast growing company looking for a Technical Service Representative with field service experience in the Seattle, WA area.
The Technical Service Representative is responsible for the maintenance and service of various products including photo finishing equipment and commercial & industrial printers in the retail and business environments. Selected candidate should possess a strong background in repair and maintenance and have the ability and experience to assume responsibility for a geographic territory. Responsibilities include overall customer satisfaction, travel, over-night stays, parts management and general administrative work associated with the position.
A flexible work schedule and the ability to respond to emergency call outs in a 24x7 service environment is a requirement of the position. Selected candidate should be willing to work a five day schedule that could include Saturday or Sunday. Candidate must be willing to travel on a daily basis with some overnight stays, as well as be prepared for lengthier stays for training or special circumstances. Field service experience is a requirement of this position.
