What You’ll Do
- Accurately compile, organize, and verify data before entering it into systems to ensure precision.
- Prepare and process orders in Sage, guaranteeing seamless order entry and smooth workflow.
- Print pick tickets with all necessary details to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
- Generate and review pick tickets for invoicing, ensuring flawless documentation.
- Process credits, rebills, and RMAs efficiently and accurately within tight deadlines.
- Manage change orders with attention to detail, maintaining data integrity throughout.
- Cross-check source data and re-enter information to detect and resolve errors.
- Organize and store completed documents for quick and easy access when needed.
- Identify and correct data entry discrepancies with meticulous care and precision.
- Select the appropriate materials for assignments to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Take on additional tasks as needed, supporting the team in achieving collective success.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Exceptional data entry and typing skills, with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities that ensure clarity and precision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools, with a strong technical aptitude.
