What you’ll do:
Put your passion for travel into action as an inbound reservation sales agent. After your paid training period, you will take inbound calls from travel incentive certificate customers who are excited and ready to plan their dream vacations. Their dream vacation experience starts with you. Vacations offered include Hotel Nights to destinations throughout the U.S., Mexico, and the Caribbean. Resort Condominium accommodations at resort destinations within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Cruise vacations from various U.S. ports of departures. Airfare combinations are also provided on some incentive products. You will become a subject matter expert on our incentive products, travel resources and booking facilities. Using the customers’ interests, which you will learn through your conversation, you will make recommendations on things to see and experience during their vacation.
Responsibilities:
Be able to follow the reservation sales script, and standard servicing levels on every call.
Assist our guests within a timely manner on their vacation needs via inbound calls.
Provide recommendations on suitable options while discussing guest's travel needs.
Ask probing questions to see if there are opportunities for upgrade revenue outside of their standard offer.
Book reservations through various booking engines.
Finalize the reservation, ensure all information is correct and process payment.
Attend developmental training to enhance performance.
Meet company performance standards.

Starting hourly rate of $17.50/hour Uncapped Commission and monthly spiffs for bi-lingual agents.

An AMAZING schedule for this industry:
- Monday-Friday
- 9:30am - 6:00pm
- No weekends and most holidays off.
- Overtime opportunities during our busier seasons. Which is mandatory.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
· Minimum 2-Year Inbound Call Center Sales experience required.
· Minimum 2-Year Travel Booking Experience required.
· Strong sales experience.
· Bilingual - English/Spanish a must.
· Cruise experience a plus
· Ability to establish immediate rapport with customer and ask discovery questions to better understand their travel needs.
· Must be able to navigate various computer programs simultaneously while speaking with customer.
· Must be able to multi-task and be efficient.
· Previous Virtual Work Environment Experience.
· Must have a quiet environment to work from with sufficient internet speed and reliable connectivity.
