About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Customer Value Partners (CVP). As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing specialized respiratory care to our nation's veterans in an inpatient setting.

You will have the chance to work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop patient care plans and document patient progress in electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer respiratory medications and perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Conduct Pulmonary Function Tests and interpret results
- Assist with intubations and other simple procedures
- Operate, maintain, and adjust ventilator machines
- Draw and analyze Arterial Blood Gases
Requirements
- Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Current, active, and unrestricted license to practice as an RRT
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
