Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, punctual and have the ability to follow a nightly routine to assure that their designated building is up to company stanards on a nightly basis .This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. CLEAN BACKGROUND REQUIRED-MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND AND FINGERPRINTS
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their needs and concerns.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
