Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director to spearhead our growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Collaborate with team members to set ambitious goals and drive sales of existing and new services.
- Manage CES's 3-stage sales process (prospecting, qualification, negotiation) efficiently to support deal execution.
- Become knowledgeable about CES's range of services and deregulated electricity markets.
- Serve as the advocate of the customer and provide input and feedback to CES's operations and development teams.
- Ensure high levels of post-sales customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide input, support, and promote CES marketing initiatives including events, product launches, e-mail marketing, and partner marketing activities.
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate and communicate with Business Line Leads to examine competition, sales opportunities, and marketing efforts to increase overall sales.
