Sales Manager Needed in Upland, CA - Join Cut N Dry Restoration Today!
Pay : $75,000.00-$110,000.00 plus no cap commissions.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, some weekends, and after-hours for marketing event purposes.

DAY-TO-DAY
As the Sales Manager at Cut N Dry Restoration, you will lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. You will recruit, build, and inspire a team of salespeople to meet ambitious targets. Managing budgets and reporting on sales performance will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the marketing team for events to promote our services and establish our name in the community. Conducting market research and presenting insights to the management team will help shape our strategies for success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Highly preferred sales experience within the Restoration Industry
- Proficient in PowerPoint and creating compelling slide decks
- Proven experience in outside business-to-business sales
- Ability to drive and effectively market our service areas
