Experienced Landscaper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the aesthetic appeal and health of outdoor spaces, including tree care and groundskeeping.

Duties

• Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Execute tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and safety.
• Operate hand tools and machinery effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring optimal conditions for growth.
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Assist with general groundskeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and order in outdoor areas.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is required.
• Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.98 - $18.69 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
