Gardener/Landscape Work

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in horticulture and landscape maintenance, with hands-on experience in gardening and perennial beds maintenance. This role involves nurturing plants, maintaining garden aesthetics, and ensuring the overall health of the landscape.

Duties

• Maintain various types of plants and flowers in perennial beds and flower gardens.
• Perform regular maintenance including weeding, trimming, and fertilizing.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for planting, pruning, and landscaping activities.
• Periodically fertilize beds to promote healthy growth and flowering.
• Assist in landscape maintenance by weeding, mulching, deadheading, trimming, pruning and clean up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members .
• Monitor plants and report any issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not necessary or required, training is available.
• Candidate must be in good physical condition and have a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for nurturing plants and creating beautiful landscapes.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing gardening practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
