Qualifications Needed for Lawn Care Technician
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Always on time and dependable
- Lawn Care experience preferred
- Ability to relate well to customers
- High School Diploma
- Excellent work ethic
- Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision
- Self-motivated and trustworthy
- Common sense
- Desire to work outside
- Physical ability to walk several miles a day
- Pass drug test
Responsibilities Performed by Lawn Care Technician
- Manage lawn care route
- 2 Year experience in lawn care & maintenance
- Attention to individual & team safety
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Attention to DETAIL
- Maintain an organized schedule
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.35 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
