JOB OVERVIEW : We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in keeping our business running smoothly. This role is integral to our operations, providing technical and administrative support to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and drive overall performance. As the go-to problem solver, you’ll tackle challenges head-on, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations through cross-functional collaboration and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—comfortable wearing multiple hats and finding creative solutions to keep things moving.

This position is remote, home office based in specifically approved states of employment. Approved States : Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Washington state. Applicants will need to attest to meeting technical requirements for remote work functionality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Technical & Customer Support : Provide professional and timely support to internal teams and customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational issues.
  • System Administration & Maintenance : Monitor, maintain, and optimize business systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
  • User Access & Account Management : Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Generate reports, analyze key operational data, and document processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with Inventory Management : Work closely with the Inventory Manager to support supply chain operations, system integrations, and inventory control processes.
  • Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least 5 years in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in technical support, system administration, or operations support.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working with inventory management systems (preferred but not required).
  • WORK SCHEDULE :

    The position offers full-time employment with flexible scheduling, accommodating an eight-hour workday, Monday through Friday.
