JOB OVERVIEW :
Craft Sportswear is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Teamwear Sales Representative to join our team and directly manage sales accounts within the team sports category. This role is essential to driving sales growth, expanding brand presence, and ensuring the success of Craft Sportswear in your designated territory.
As a central member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in territory development—building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding Craft's footprint within the team sports market. You'll leverage your knowledge of the local sports culture and community to generate excitement for our products and drive sustained growth in the region.
By maintaining a deep understanding of the team sports category, you will effectively position Craft products as the go-to choice for teams, schools, and sports organizations in your territory. With a relentless focus on executional excellence, you’ll ensure your accounts receive the highest level of service and that every opportunity is maximized for growth and market expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Territory Development & Growth : Drive and expand Craft’s presence in your territory by building new relationships, identifying high-potential accounts, and developing long-term strategies to increase market share and sales volume.
Account Management : Take ownership of existing accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Drive Local Promotions : Create and execute marketing initiatives, local promotions, and product demonstrations that resonate with local teams, sports organizations, and retailers, making Craft a trusted name in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proven success in territory development and sales, with a strong focus on the team sports category.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, able to forge long-term partnerships with retail and community stakeholders.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to identify new opportunities and take ownership of your territory.
- Deep product knowledge, with the ability to educate customers on Craft’s offerings, from custom uniforms to team apparel solutions.
- Experience with sales and B2B platforms such as NuOrder and CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required for managing reporting, customer relationships, and communication.
