Cutter Mazda of Honolulu is a fast-growing company that has been in business for over 4 decades and offers competitive benefits, healthcare, and paid time off. We're seeking a Service Lot Attendant for our Honolulu Location. This is a full-time position.
Position Objective: Greet customers as they pull into the service lane. Ensure a seamless delivery of the customer’s vehicle between the customer and the service technicians, and back to the customer after the work is completed. Clean and organize the service lane and parking areas for customer’s vehicles.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they pull into the service lane
- Inform the service advisor that their customer has arrived so they may check them in
- Move vehicles to the service technician area
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership
- Maintain an organized parking area in both the service lane and technician area
- Retrieve vehicle and deliver it to the customer when they are ready to pick up their vehicle
Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii state driver’s license (Will need to be insurable by our company policy)
- Applicants must pass background check and physical
- Must have effective listening and communication skills to greet customers and relay information to the service advisors
