Overview
Cutters Foam Fabricating, Inc. has been established for 30 years and has built a great reputation with our customers. We are seeking a skilled Foam Cutting Specialist to join our 1st and 2nd shift production team.
Duties
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment to cut foam per customers specifications.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Stacking cut parts onto carts.
- Inspect finished product for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills
- At least 1 year experience with saws in a manufacturing environment.
- Have a strong work history.
- Ability to quickly read a standard tape measure and basic math skills are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to stand/walk up to 10 hours per day.
- Working in a manufacturing will require PPE
