We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Perrysburg, Ohio. As a sales expert, you will provide tailored countertop consultations for both new construction and remodeling projects, helping customers choose the perfect materials for their homes.
Key Responsibilities
• Exceed store sales goals and KPIs through strategic implementation of consultative and needs-based sales processes
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders and address any issues that may arise before, during, or after installation
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven sales and customer service experience in kitchen and bath, stone, home building, or a similar field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong product knowledge, including countertop materials, installation processes, and industry standards
