House keeper and Outside maintenence

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings.. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, providing a welcoming environment for guests and residents alike. A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail is essential for success in this role. In addition, outdoor maintenance including lawncare, gardening.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as required, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
• Carry out custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and polishing hard surfaces as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is beneficial.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and clients.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
