In this customer care position with our office, you listen to our clients' needs and provide excellent support over the phone, through email, and in person. Each day provides new problems to solve and new ways to positively impact clients, and you do whatever you can to achieve total satisfaction. You answer questions, schedule job appointments, and maintain accurate records of all your interactions. If a client is unhappy with our services, you make them feel heard and promptly address their issues. You coordinate with field techs and other teams to ensure timely, accurate service.
