ARE YOU THE LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN LEAD WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred!
AVERAGE DAY AS A LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN LEAD
This position follows a standard Monday through Friday schedule, with 8-hour shifts . Weekend availability may be required to accommodate client needs.
As a Lawn Care Technician Lead, you will work closely with our landscape manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our maintenance crew. Your duties will include providing quality service that meets or exceeds customer and management expectations, operating and maintaining various maintenance equipment, and effectively managing crew members to ensure the efficient completion of daily mowing routes. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing maintenance procedures on equipment used in basic maintenance and enforcing our company's safety program.
