As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing, with precision and efficiency.
- Complete 5-6 yards per day, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Available to work full-time or part-time as a 1099 contractor.
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Working Hours:
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
- Workdays start at 8:00 am and end at 2:00 pm. (Flexable)
- Flexible schedule based on client needs and seasonal demands.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Average contractor earns $750 per week based on 25 hours worked.
- Opportunities for growth within the company, including advancement to a Crew Manager position.
