Job Title: Acquisitions Manager

Our company has been in business since 2013 and is continuously growing at a rapid pace. We currently owns a large portfolio of investment properties across multiple states. Our primary focus is on residential foreclosure fix and flip investments where we add value and improve the communities we live within.
Position Overview: As we continue to expand our operations throughout the states of Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana, we are seeking a talented and driven Acquisitions Manager to lead our team in identifying, evaluating, and purchasing residential foreclosure fix and flip investments. This role will report to our Business Manager and will lead an acquisitions team who visit, evaluate and bid on properties on a daily basis. The Acquisitions Manager will be primarily responsible for deciding which properties to pursue, estimating rehab costs based on pictures, determining the after rehab value (ARV), setting max bids, and attending foreclosure auctions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, project management, construction or related field.
- Prior experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, construction management, project management, appraisals, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and evaluate new deals.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
