Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Field Service Engineer with multi-vendor OEM experience to service diagnostic imaging equipment in the NY / NJ region. The ideal candidate will have a strong electro-mechanical background and expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of ultrasound systems. This role requires independent problem-solving skills, customer service proficiency, and the ability to travel frequently.
Key Responsibilities :
Diagnose, repair, and maintain ultrasound and other diagnostic imaging equipment.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and system verifications.
Work independently to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal equipment performance.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment as per company standards.
Accurately document service activities following company quality standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring seamless communication.
Collaborate with account managers to address customer service needs.
Manage and maintain company assets required for job functions.
Work Environment & Schedule :
Field-based role, requiring travel to multiple locations.
Work around various medical imaging equipment in healthcare settings.
Primarily Monday Friday, normal business hours, with occasional evening / weekend work.

Must-Have Requirements :
5 years of experience as a Multi-Vendor Ultrasound Field Service Engineer (FSE).
Consistent career progression with no major gaps in education or employment.
Strong job stability-no frequent job changes.
Frequent travel within a 4-hour radius of NYC.
Some assignments may require air travel and overnight stays.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., stand, walk, and use hands for technical tasks.
