Roles And Responsibilities -
- Drive successful delivery of projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Innovate and refine project management methodologies, processes, and tools for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of six project managers, providing guidance and support to inspire high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct engaging project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, policies, and procedures.
- Proactively monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and acting on opportunities for process enhancements.
- 5 years of experience managing complex fixture and casework millwork projects.
- Proven ability to confidently address complex challenges.
- Passion for leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills that drive team success.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in creating financial reports and maintaining project budgets.
