Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced RH Ansible Automation Platform Sr. Consultant to provide onsite support in either Fort Meade, MD, or San Antonio, TX. This role requires a U.S. citizen with strong expertise in the RH Ansible Automation Platform and automation technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver automation strategies. Additionally, this role will involve conducting workshops and training sessions for team members on automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using RH Ansible Automation Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements to develop tailored automation strategies.
• Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes and systems.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on automation best practices and the use of RH Ansible Automation Platform.
• Stay informed on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in automation technology to continuously improve automation processes.
• Participate in hands-on implementation and technical work "over the shoulder" on unclassified systems.
• Engage in weekly travel to the client’s site in either Fort Meade, MD, or San Antonio, TX.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience working with RH Ansible Automation Platform.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in large-scale environments.
• RedHat certification in Ansible Automation Platform is a plus.
  
  

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices.
• Experience working in secure environments with a focus on maintaining security standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Meade, MD, or San Antonio, TX, with weekly travel required.
