As a Production Group Leader, you will support team members within your area/zone and coordinate day-to-day activities to maintain scheduled production requirements and ensure team success. The hours for this position are 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday-Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.

- Strive to eliminate waste and develop team member skills to enhance lean operations.
- Ensure employees are properly trained in safety, quality, equipment operation, and 5S by their Team Leader or designated trainer.
- Interface with technical staff to ensure proper support.
- Establish annual goals and objectives that support the attainment of operating metrics.
- Proven ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset.
- 1-3 years of experience in a medium/high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with mechanical and hydraulic press operations, and a basic understanding of die set-up and maintenance, is beneficial.
- Self-driven and ambitious with proven leadership capabilities, including providing coaching, mentoring, and supervision within a team environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Basic understanding of process control, production scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations is preferred.
- Previous professional, internship, or co-op experience will be considered relevant experience.
- Position involves sitting for long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting.
