Job Description Summary

Metro Refrigeration seeks a skilled Technician for refrigeration installations, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks, trailers, and APUs, focusing on Carrier Transport equipment.

Job Duties

  • Install Carrier Refrigeration systems on trucks, trailers, and APUs.
  • Perform basic refrigeration maintenance on Carrier Transport equipment.
  • Conduct basic engine and refrigeration diagnostics for Carrier Transport units.
  • Execute basic refrigeration repairs on Carrier Transport equipment.

Work Experience & Qualifications

  • Apprentice or Technical School Graduate in Automotive related fields.
  • Proficiency in general vehicle maintenance, automotive engine/transmission/refrigeration.
  • Experience with Thermo King and Carrier Transicold refrigeration systems.

Must Have

  • Apprentice or Technical School Graduate in Automotive.
  • Experience in General Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Experience in Automotive Engine/Transmission/Refrigeration.
  • Experience in Thermo King Refrigeration.
  • Experience in Carrier Transicold Refrigeration.
