Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to design and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our company goals across all nationwide locations and brands.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated and aligned with overall company objectives.
Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to maximize our online presence.
Create engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and presentations, that resonate with our audience.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Optimize content for diverse channels, including our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand voice.
Maintain and enhance our social media presence through content creation, scheduling, and active engagement with our community.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing strategies innovative and competitive.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the addiction treatment or healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
