Banyan Treatment Centers, a leading force in addiction recovery, is recruiting a Housekeeper to join our team in Castle Rock, CO.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of patient rooms, managing laundry services, and ensuring the overall hygiene of the facility, all while contributing to a supportive and healing environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time; schedule to be further discussed.
• Location: On-site presence required in Castle Rock, CO.
• Compensation: $15-16/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and orderly environment throughout the facility.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize patient rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Ensure patient rooms are stocked with essential supplies.
• Dispose of trash and waste in accordance with safety protocols.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs daily cleaning of assigned rooms, including changing bed linens, replenishing towels, thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and maintaining kitchen areas.
• Utilize custodial supplies according to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• At least one year of housekeeping experience.

Preferences:

• Housekeeping experience in a residential, hospital, or medical setting.

Abilities and Skills:

• Adherence to OSHA standards and facility protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Strong understanding of patient confidentiality, particularly when working in sensitive areas such as patient rooms.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, bending, and pushing cleaning equipment.
• Ability to interact respectfully with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
