POSITION:                  BUS/VAN MONITOR 

SALARY:                     ACCORDING TO CONTRACT ($15.14-$20.61 per hour based on experience)

Certification/Licensure Required: 

• Current State of Ohio Educational Aide – Student Monitor Permit 

Additional Information:  

• Status 2 

• Estimated 4.50 hours per day: 7:00 AM – 9:15 AM | 2:00 PM – 4:15 PM 

  • The administration reserves the right to adjust the shift to accommodate the building and/or student’s needs.

• 191 days per year: 181 work days 10 paid holidays  

• Occasional requirement to lift students up to 90 pounds 

Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or equivalent  

• Must undergo a successful background check (BCI/FBI) and drug screening 

Preferences: 

• Experience as a Bus Monitor 

• Experience working with children with special needs
