Additional Information:
- 8.00 hours per day: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- The administration reserves the right to adjust the shift to accommodate the building and/or student’s needs.
- 203 days per year: 192 work days 11 paid holidays
- Duties involve frequent interaction with administrators, other staff members and the public.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must undergo a successful background check (BCI/FBI) and drug screening
- Passing score of Secretarial Assessment Test will be part of the selection process.
- If you are not a current secretary at CFCSD – You must register for the secretary testing which will be on 1/7/25.
