A Day in the Life of an RN - Radiology
In this role, you'll be pivotal in delivering high-quality and safe care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the radiology department. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, performing treatments, and ensuring adherence to established health and safety protocols. You'll work closely with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate and enhance patient care, often acting as a liaison to ensure seamless service delivery. Challenges include adapting to quick changes in patient conditions and staying updated with the latest nursing practices and technologies. The role demands a blend of independent decision-making and collaborative efforts across various shifts and departments.

In the Radiology Department at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, we provide critical imaging services that give providers the insights they need to diagnose, treat, and monitor a wide range of medical conditions. - American Heart Association ACLS within 4 months of hire
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Current Minnesota RN license
- Prior experience in Radiology
