Specific Responsibilities
- Implement CV's evangelism and discipleship strategies strategically, setting and achieving goals based on key performance indicators.
- Provide operational leadership to teams in content creation, marketing, community development, and corporate services.
- Collaborate with global teams to establish best practices for project implementation.
- Manage operational budgets and oversee contractual agreements.
- Foster positive relationships with churches and ministry leaders.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding practices and organizational policies.
