Salary : £38,000 - £48,000 per annum

The Structural Engineer Will :
Design structural solutions using a variety of materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
Manage projects from conception to completion, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to provide integrated and innovative design solutions.
Assist in mentoring junior team members, fostering professional growth, and maintaining high technical standards within the team.
Conduct reviews of designs and calculations to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial developments.
Strong knowledge of structural design across various materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry) and proficiency in industry-standard software.
Actively working towards chartership with IStructE or ICE, or already chartered, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to clients, architects, and contractors.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
