Key Responsibilities :
Work on structural design projects across commercial, educational, residential, health, and leisure sectors.
Design in steel, concrete, timber, and load-bearing masonry structures.
Apply British Standards or Eurocodes to structural designs.
Use software such as TEKLA Structural Designer, Robot, and TEDDS to support project work.
Contribute to conceptual design, project management, and mentoring junior engineers.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
What They're Looking For :
3 years' experience in structural engineering.
A BEng or MEng in Civil / Structural Engineering or Engineering Design, with membership in a professional body such as IStructE.
Experience designing structures across multiple materials and sectors.
A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and career growth.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
