They are looking for a Technical Manager, ideally from an Architectural background to join their Durham based office. They have grown a fantastic reputation across the industry, not only through their work but also being a top place to work.
Our client deliver a range of projects, including : housing, commercial, education, industrial and infrastructure.
Responsibilities :
Manage all technical aspects of construction projects, including design, engineering, and specifications.
Responsible for preparing and reviewing technical documentation, such as project plans, blueprints, and engineering reports.
Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion
Lead design meetings
Be the go to contact with the client for design issues
Requirements :
Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials
Ability to manage and coordinate technical teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Ability to solve and influence design solutions
BIM and CAD system knowledge is advantageous
Strong Architectural background would be ideal
UK driving license and own vehicle essential
Strong communication and written skills
The starting salary will pay between £45,000 £50,000 plus a 5k car allowance, and an excellent company package. Our client offer hybrid and flexible working.
