Accountant Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with company policies.
Office Management Responsibilities:
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries related to payments and billing issues.
- Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of accounting experience, including AP, AR, and payroll.
- Experience in office management, customer service, or administrative support.
- Spanish bilingual required.
