Accounting Manager

CV Resources has partnered with a well-respected construction company in Santa Ana that's seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team!

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Monitor expenditures and manage cash flow forecasting to support operational needs.
• Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining smooth operations. This includes syncing and importing data from vendor billing and credit card platforms into QuickBooks.
• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely and complete invoicing while maintaining compliance with financial requirements.
• Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, proper record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelors preferred
• 4 years of construction accounting experience required
• QuickBooks experience
• Commutable to Santa Ana, CA
• Payroll
