CV Resources is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in West Boise to hire a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and has experience in high-volume AP processing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices using Infor LN ERP software.
- Review, verify, and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Code and enter invoices accurately into the system.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams promptly.
- Reconcile monthly statements and assist with maintaining accurate AP records.
- Support month-end close tasks, including AP reporting and account reconciliations.
