As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate financial statements (10k & 10Q) in accordance with US GAAP and relevant accounting standards.
Main Duties:
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions and consolidated financial data.
- Provide detailed analysis on financial performance and trends.
- Manage financial resources and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate financial reporting, audit preparation, and/or regulatory compliance (including SEC reporting such as 10-Q and 10-K).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
