About the Role:
CV Resources is partnering with a fast-growing medical company with over 30 clinic locations to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. This is a high-impact, strategic finance role based onsite at the company’s Bellevue, WA headquarters. You'll lead core budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efforts while driving automation and delivering insights that help shape key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly actual vs. budget financial reports for capital and operating expenses
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide meaningful insights to leadership
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for both corporate and clinic locations
- Support the automation of financial reporting, leveraging tools like Tableau and/or Power BI
- Assist with preparing materials for quarterly board meetings
- Lead and support special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 7 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally within multi-site healthcare or services
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage budgeting and forecasting across multiple locations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Must be available to work onsite at the Bellevue office
