- Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Assist managers with performance reviews, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain confidential employee records and assist in HR audits.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and benefits enrollment processes.
- Facilitate offboarding and conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (3 years of HR experience in lieu of a degree will be considered).
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- HRIS implementation/conversion experience a big plus.
- Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information.
