Responsibilities:
Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis using Paycor software
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Contribute to a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
Prior experience in payroll and human resources administration
Hands-on experience with Paycor is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Flexibility to work 20 hours per week
