CV Resources is currently working on behalf of one of our favorite clients to find a People Operations Generalist to manage and support various aspects of human resources and people operations. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policies, ensuring a positive work culture while maintaining compliance with employment laws. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and background checks.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, paperwork, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with managers to create job descriptions.
- Support performance review processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Assist in team engagement through surveys.
- Help manage bi-weekly payroll.
- Partner with internal teams to build the employer brand.
- Team Member Relations & Compliance:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR inquiries and policy guidance.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Benefits & HR Support:
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Support performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Assist in HR training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain and update the HRIS system (Paycom).
- Manage benefits changes and assist with open enrollment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
- 2-3 years of full-cycle HR experience ideal.
Salary : $70,000 - $83,000
