Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Manage medical records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for staff while adhering to legal requirements.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Assist in budgeting processes, monitoring expenses, and optimizing resource allocation for clinic operations.
- Implement practice management systems to improve workflow efficiency and patient care delivery.
- Coordinate scheduling for both patients and staff, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, fostering a positive clinic environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a healthcare setting, preferably in a dental clinic or similar environment.
