CVETS, Columbia Veterinary Emergency Trauma and Specialty, is a 6-year-old rapidly growing Specialty/Emergency hospital looking to add highly experienced, career-minded business professionals to our Client Service team. Our brand new 9,000-square-foot facility opened in May of 2018 and is growing rapidly. By the end of 2023, we expanded, adding an additional 20,000 square feet to our beautiful hospital. The facility includes a dedicated ICU, multiple operating rooms, a radiology suite, dedicated facilities for endoscopy, chemotherapy administration, and special procedures, ultrasound, a 16-slice CT scan, on-site MRI, and support by multiple additional specialists (24-hour emergency, internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, surgery, dermatology, cardiology, dentistry, neurology, rehabilitation, and radiology). The hospital is located on the northeast side of Columbia, South Carolina - a rapidly growing area that was not previously serviced by specialty care. The hospital and its staff have been designed with a culture aimed at providing exceptional client services and personal job fulfillment.
We are seeking experienced business professionals who excel in the art of veterinary customer service. Individuals who are interested in working in a technology-assisted hospital, enabling the highest level of customer service. We are looking for someone who has experience working with EzyVet Software systems; VetRadar experience is a plus! Schedule:
- 8hr and 10hr shifts available
- Days, evenings, and nights required
- Holiday rotational annual schedule

Education:
- High school or equivalent required
- Higher education preferred
Experience/Requirements:
- Veterinary experience: 6 months (required)
- Customer service experience: 1 year (required)
- EzyVet, VetRadar, or similar software experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (required)
- Excellent phone etiquette and client service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a professional bearing in highly emotional, sensitive, and stressful situations

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
