The Apartment Community Manager manages the day-to-day operations of a 100 Unit apartment community in El Cajon, working with the Apartment Community Maintenance Supervisor and Regional Manager to provide excellent customer service, to provide housing we are proud to own and rent, while operating and managing to achieve, meet, or beat the budgeted financial and operational goals. The Apartment Community Manager also ensures that the operation of the property complies with not only company policies and procedures, but Fair Housing, The Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations in California
