Duties include:
- Provide phone support for advisors.
- Maintain and update information in a CRM Database.
- Assist advisors with general account maintenance, money movement requests, address updates, email updates, using reporting software to develop customized reports.
- Must be able to work independently once training is complete.
Qualifications/ preferred skills:
- High school degree required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Phone skills and professional etiquette.
- Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in finance preferred but not required.
- Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Type: Full Time/ 40 hours a week.
Pay: $20-$25 DOE
