Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Specialty : Physical Therapy

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 1 year

License : Current CA PT License

Certifications : BLS, TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual), Drug screen, Physical

Must-Have :

  • Driver's License
  • Auto Insurance
  • Auto Registration

Job Description :

  • Provide rehabilitation therapy services with a focus on physical therapy.
  • Assigned territory covers various areas, including San Francisco, San Mateo, Brisbane, and surrounding regions.
  • Travel outside the area may be required to secure a full caseload.
  • Weekend coverage may be necessary.
  • Productivity expectations set at a minimum of 27 points per week, with specific point-based calculations for different types of visits.
  • Must be open to visiting Covid and Covid Pui patients if needed.
  • Payment is made based on a per-visit basis; the rate covers all travel, visit, documentation, and communication time.
  • All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of application. Time off requests after the acceptance date will not be approved.
  • Holiday coverage is required.
  • Ensure all agency agreements align with the confirmation details to avoid removal from the client's vendor pool.
