About the position:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes. A licensed vocational nurse shall perform duties consistent with the Vocational Nursing Practice Act. A licensed vocational nurse shall meet qualifications established by the home health agency for the services provided and any additional qualifications required by home health agency licensure regulations.
Schedule: Part Time - 24 RVEs p/week (benefited). 18 RVEs p/week or Per Diem (6 visits per week)
* Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday
Locations: Area #9 covering the city of San Francisco and Secondary Area #10 covering the cities of San Mateo, Brisbane, Burlingame, Daly City, Redwood City, Hillsborough, Millbrae, Colma, South
San Francisco, Pacifica, Belmont, San Bruno, Half Moon Ba
*will also have to be open to coveirng a secondary location, most likely Area #40 covering the cities of North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Sun Valley, Toluca Lake, Universal City, Valley Glen, Valley Village and Van Nuys
Minimum Required Qualifications:
• Minimum one year of LVN experience required
• Must possess a CA License with IV/Blood Withdrawal Certification
• Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
• CPR Certification
This is NOT a remote position
